AFON means RIVER in Welsh .. the powerhouse sustainable driver of mill wheels - behind the historical textile industry in Wales. Like our Scottish kinsmen before us who namesaked the TWEED river for their local cloth - we are claiming this as our own. We do not make a TWEED but our own style of textiles, yarn and products with a heritage in Wales. This is AFON TECSTILAU . TEXTILES
